Video Installation (Summer Corporate)

For two years now, we have been conducting charity Robotics Clubs for children affected by the war in Kyiv. Currently, we want to scale up, adding new classes for children in basic engineering and educational sessions on working with neural networks. To do this, we need to raise funds, which will go towards purchasing new kits, renting spaces, and paying teachers. And for the children, these Clubs should remain free. Therefore, we want to create a promotional video that will tell about our work done recently, the camp for children that took place recently, and our dreams for the future. We have photo and video materials to use in the project, as well as text for the video, which is recorded in Ukrainian. The task involves editing the video and audio to produce a finished promotional video that will inform people about the charity project and encourage support and collaboration. The video should be 3-4 minutes long. Unfortunately, we have no idea of the scale of the necessary budget for creating the video, so we will rely on your proposals. Technical Task✔️ What needs to be done A short artistic musical film (not a clip in the classical sense) needs to be created for an original song lasting 4:44 minutes. The film must have a cohesive cinematic story with one main character. The main plotline is the ascent of a man to the summit of Mount Petros (Ukrainian Carpathians). Simultaneously, through artistic imagery, it is necessary to convey his internal struggle with addiction and the path to a new life. Important: this is not a social advertisement; this is not a documentary film; this is not a tourist video; this is artistic cinema, where the mountain is a metaphor for the life journey. The film should look like the work of a professional director and cinematographer.✔️ Purpose The film is created as a visual accompaniment to the original song on YouTube. The main task is to emotionally show that significant changes happen through small daily steps. The story should be understandable even without explanations of the song's lyrics. After watching, the viewer should be left with a feeling of hope, strength, and a desire to move forward.✔️ Expected result and format A finished video is required: 4K (3840×2160) 24 fps MP4 format (H.264 or H.265) duration of 4:44 minutes color correction at the level of artistic cinema smooth editing cinematic camera work The same appearance of the character must be maintained throughout the film. Changes are not allowed: change of face; change of age; change of clothing without plot necessity; random AI artifacts.✔️ Examples or references In terms of style, we would like to receive something between: artistic cinema; modern outdoor advertising of Patagonia; the atmosphere of the Ukrainian Carpathians; calm cinematography without clip-style editing. Important: natural lighting; minimum special effects; maximum realism; live camera; real emotions. The music is already ready. The lyrics of the song are also ready. There is a finished original song and a clear vision of the overall idea of the film. Creative proposals regarding script construction, directorial decisions, editing, and video creation technology are welcome. The main thing is to convey the emotion and meaning of the work.✔️ Deadlines and budget Deadlines: approximately 2–4 weeks after concept approval. Budget: Please propose a cost for execution depending on the suggested production technology and scope of work. (I am ready to discuss depending on the proposed production technology and portfolio level).✔️ What will be considered a completed task The work is considered completed after the delivery of: final video in MP4 format (4K); editing project; all raw video materials; all AI-generated scenes; all prompts used (if possible with settings specified); used static images (if applicable); list of AI services and programs used during the work; confirmation of the transfer of property rights to the final result after full payment. Main acceptance criteria: consistent appearance of the character in all scenes; cohesiveness of the story; professional editing; cinematic quality; absence of noticeable AI artifacts; video synchronization with music; emotional impact on the viewer.

I need video editing about 4 times a week, I need to see your work and one sample will be done.

We have footage of ~220 exercises, already filmed and cut into individual clips. Each exercise was recorded from two cameras — front and side — resulting in two separate clips per exercise (each up to 60 seconds). What needs to be done: Merge two clips (front + side) into one final video per exercise, in the structure: front → side → front The main task is colour grading: bring all 220 videos to a consistent, premium studio look — uniform colour across the entire library, and seamless between the two angles within each clip No audio, titles, graphics or sound effects — colour correction and editing only How we evaluate the result: First stage is a paid test batch of 10 videos. Full volume proceeds based on test results. Important: confidential commercial project. NDA required before work begins. Materials cannot be used in a portfolio.

A full clip needs to be edited from photos for a person's congratulation. Editing requirements: Dynamic transitions, impressive merges, correct editing and rhythm. Synchronization to the beat, use of parallax, and other wow effects. A non-banal clip, edited in an automatic mode using templates (for example, magisto.com or other basic ones), but a full, impressive video. Materials and timing: Number of photos: 100–150 pieces. Video: about 30 segments of 5–30 seconds each. Video length: 3–5 minutes. Additional tasks: Perform color correction on photos that require it. Create a preloader or intro that matches the theme of the photos. No matter which neural networks and methods will be used. In the end, an impressive edit and a full clip from the family archive photos and videos that will emotionally engage from the first seconds are needed. We will consider your examples.
