Editor for a children's channel

I am looking for an editor for a children's channel. 1-2 videos per week.
What needs to be done?
- process the provided material on a green background.
- add footage, background images, 2D animation if needed according to the theme of the video (take images from public access and animate if possible, access to Envato will be provided)
- add sounds
- ability to process material in 4k
- creative approach to the video
- responsible execution
- ability to make edits upon request (i.e., we watch the finished video once, make changes to some moments, and you correct them).
