Недавно некоторые наши клиенты сообщили нам о домене uni-five(.)ru - который от нашего имени ведет торговлю контрафактной (поддельной) парфюмерией. Жертвами мошенников уже стали ряд наших старых и новых клиентов (https://otzovik.com/review_7320722.html).
От клиентов мы получили поддельные чеки (http://joxi.ru/vAWazyZI1WolZm), связались также по контактам (http://joxi.ru/VrwelN9T788ny2) - сейчас их убрали после звонка владельца ООО, также собираем данные от сервиса Робокасса (http://joxi.ru/5mdnM53f3eeDvA) - там у них другие фейковые данные
Задача - разобраться с этими мошенниками, применив все возможные правовые нормы РФ. Ищем в помощь доп. юридическую силу, кто поможет разрешиться ситуацию
