Wonder CMS - это движек на файлах, все данные содержатся в JSON файле. Мультиязычность сайтов создаваемых данным движком по умолчанию пока отсутствует - можно сделать сайты с поддержкой только Английского или Русского языка.
Что нужно:
- чтобы с данного движка можно было создать мультиязычный сайт
- чтобы язык сайта менялся с переключателем ENG/РУС
- чтобы все данные хранились также в JSON файле (можно два файла - каждый для отдельного языка)
- защитить данный JSON файл от открытия по прямой ссылке (изменить путь или переименовать базовое название database.js, отредактировать .htaccess).
Варианты выполнения:
- МОДИФИЦИРОВАТЬ код основного файла index.php (сделать чтобы JSON файле было разделение на несколько языков - все данныена на разных языках собранны в одном файле или в виде отдельных файлов JSON для каждого языка)
ИЛИ
- СОЗДАТЬ плагин для получения мультиязычного сайта.

1. Делаете сайт на одном языке, а потом делаете его копию и наполняете на втором языке. Делаете перелинковку между страницами одной версии и второй
2. Делаете копии всех страниц и наполняете на втором языке и все так-же перелинковка
