A specialist is needed (possibly a designer) who will do the following:
1. Create 3D models of the products (each part separately and the assembled set) in STP format based on images from other manufacturers.
2. Create drawings in .dxf (for further milling on CNC) of each part of the set.
3. A step-by-step instruction for the end consumer to assemble the product at home.
4. The assembly method should be such that:
4.1 The assembled product can be used considering different wall thicknesses
4.2 The gaps in the joints are either hidden or covered by another part.
4.3 Preference should be given to mechanical (groove, snap, overlay) connections of elements, i.e., a minimum of screws and preferably no glue.
4.4 The final appearance of the assembled set should look like a single product provided the instructions are followed.
5. Drawings for packaging the set.
The sets can vary in the number of parts.
We will start with the smallest: the number of parts - 12-14 (6 large, the rest small)
The assembled structure will not bear mechanical loads (other than its own weight) - it is decorative. The intended location is apartments or homes.
P.S. It is preferable to have a general understanding of MDF processing technology to prevent issues that the equipment cannot handle (long slopes, reverse angles, etc.).
