Наладить получение аналитики в Битрикс 24
Согласно roistat аналитике, из денег потраченных на рекламу в движение лида по воронке, у нас одно из узких мест - это невозможность дозвониться до лида
часто просто не берут трубку по неделе (это нормально для этой ниши).
Кроме этого, когда мы все таки дозвонимся у нас все равно нет четкого понимания прибыльно это или нет, так как до первого платежа может быть еще 1-2 месяца.
Вообщем цикл сделки длинный и статистика полноценная будет копиться очень долго, но похоже, что дозваниваемость сильно зависит от источника траффика (поиск или рся) и от времени дня когда лид оставил заявку (если оставил в 3 ночи то трубку утром он не берет, если оставил в 2 часа дня то трубку берет сразу и т.п.).
ЗАДАЧА: мне нужна возможность видеть зависимость, от источника-траффика+времени когда была оставлена заявка в изменение у лида статуса на "назначена встреча" (или как он там называется в црм, не помню) ну и еще в следующие статусы (пришел на встречу и так далее).
