Dashboard setup in Google Looker Studio

My name is Rostyslav. I am a representative of the IT marketing agency Zrobleno Solutions. We specialize in implementing CRM systems, setting up analytics, and developing websites.

- Here we set up data extraction from the CRM system;
- Set up various metrics:
- Which client: repeat or new
- Order conversion
- Closed clients
- Metrics by client source
- Financial reporting
- For all metrics, there is an option to specify parameters for viewing statistics (for a certain period, by source, by manager, by service)
- Also, we set up several pages for convenient viewing of separate reports

2) Cleaning company "Chystota"

- All data was pulled from Google Sheets filled out by sales managers.
- Set up metrics for tracking the sales process (number of orders in the period, funds from orders, dynamics of achievement in terms of the plan)
- Set up logistics metrics (number of orders and shipping costs for them) for different delivery methods
- Set up production metrics (how many products are in production, how many products were returned from production)
