We have a printing service. We work through a landing page. All correspondence, applications, and order processing are linked to the CRM. There is a contact form on the landing page. Most people click on Viber and Telegram. There is no clear analytics available. What happens in the messengers is unknown to Google. The value for him is a click on the messenger. We spoke with the person who sets it up; he suggested creating pages about successful payments and giving them to people after payment in the messengers. But we have the CRM Sales Drive for about a month and a half now. All orders are there. I connected the analytics from the very beginning to have it. But now we need to understand if there is already information there that can be used, which has value for Google, and not just a set of numbers. There are currently about 900-1000 applications. Most of them are already processed orders. But there are 2 landing pages connected. For each landing page, there are different messengers, so in general, we can filter the information that relates to the connected analytics.
Task:
Figure out how to link the CRM and Google Analytics.
Currently, Google focuses on those who click on the Viber and Telegram buttons. We need the information to be deeper. Who bought, how much they bought. How many times they bought. We need everything that happens and is displayed in the CRM to be transmitted to the analytics so that we can optimize.

Я в 2021 році зі згоди свого клієнта спілкувалася з флеміксоідами, ставила їм ТЗ і керувала підключенням цього плагіна, але в нас була інша CRM, від якої клієнт відмовився з початком війни. То той Flamix передавав різні цікаві нам статуси угод із CRM в Гугл Аналітику в якості різних подій з різною цінністю, а товари та послуги з цих угод передавалися в Гугл Аналітику в звіти про електронну торгівлю, неначе вони були куплені через онлайн-кошик на сайті (хоча то був просто лендинг без функцій інтернет-магазину, і всі ліди надходили через дзвінки та онлайн-заявки). -
