Setting up Kommo CRM
We are looking for a specialist with experience in implementing and automating Kommo CRM for a SaaS project. It is necessary to refine and optimize the current system.
Tasks:
1. Fix the reminder bot's functionality
— At certain stages of the funnel, reminders do not trigger. Diagnosis and correct setup are needed.
2. Set up the digital funnel
— Logic of transitions, triggers, automation, integrations.
3. Set up the automatic first message in the CRM upon lead arrival
— Depending on the source and stage.
4. Set up analytics for leads, conversions, and sales for SaaS
— Reports, dashboards, attribution, correct accounting.
Requirements for the performer:
• Experience with Kommo CRM for at least 1 year
• Understanding of automations, integrations, widgets
• Experience in SaaS projects will be an advantage
