Setting up Meta Conversions API via GTM
33 USD Good day, I am looking for a performer who has experience in setting up CAPI. My website is built on React + OpenCart. I need:
- Transfer the pixel from the website code to the GTM container (I can ask developers to remove the pixel from the website code)
- Configure Meta Conversions API through GTM Server-Side.
Main event: Purchase — should be sent once via CAPI (not duplicated with Pixel).
Additional events: AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, AddToWishlist — if possible, also implement to strengthen the signal in the advertising dashboard.
Be sure to transmit:
currency: UAHvalue(exact purchase amount)event_id(to prevent duplication between Pixel and CAPI)user_data(email, phone, IP, user_agent, if possible — to improve user matching)
- Avoid event duplication:
Ensure correct transmission of event_id both in Pixel and in CAPI.
Configure triggers so that Purchase does not duplicate (for example, one channel — only for server-side sending).
At the end, I want to receive a brief description from the performer about which events are configured, where and how they are transmitted, where to find tags and variables in GTM. Also, add a textual instruction on how to add new events in the future.
