Set up BAS ERP
We are looking for a contractor for long-term cooperation.
In the current BAS ERP database, it is necessary to:
1 Update the structure of projects, income and expense directories, and other settings
2 Configure automatic exchange with banks
3 Set up management reports for cash flow, P&L, and balance by projects
4 Configure the interfaces for some users.
5 Create instructions for users on how to properly conduct operations.
6 Set up the manager's dashboard for key indicators.
7 Configure the payment calendar
8 Set up budgeting
In the future, set up automatic integrations with Servio HMS and KeyCRM and further development of the system.
Successful experience in BAS ERP with solving similar tasks and basic experience as a financial analyst (for independently describing tasks for their implementation) is mandatory.
Goal: to have up-to-date information automated at any moment.

Я б вам радив спочатку оновитись до останнього релізу 2.5 і потім вже впровадженням займатись - це буде правильним та ефективним рішенням.

Сергей, а у Вас лицензионный программный продукт? Если да - находится ли он на подписке ИТС? Если да, тогда можно иметь поддержку производителя, иметь доступ к большому набору методических материалов (такими, как здесь https://its.bas-soft.eu/db/metodbasu#browse:13:-1:509:707), тогда можно пользоваться сертифицированными профессиональными консультантами.
Уточните пож-та.

находится ли он на подписке ИТС? давно таких не встречал, пока окажут консультацию, можно пару недель прождать ответ, приедут спецы, еще пару недель полазят в базе и скажут - нет, мы не можем, практика так показывает, ИТС - деньги в никуда!

А как Вы без подписки ИТС обновляете свою базу, особенно в части регламентированного учета и отчетности? При этом получаете без доп.оплаты Фредо-Звит (за Медок платить не надо). воруете где-то файлы обновления? Так Вы должны знать: использование такого "бесплатного" обновления превращает всю вашу базу в пиратскую на всю сумму программного продукта со всеми лицензиями. оно того стоит? при покупке ИТС вы также имеет прямую поддержку производителя на случай проблем, а еще 12 консультаций профессионального аудитора по вопросам организации бизнеса и технологии учета (Консультації з питань бухгалтерського, податкового та кадрового обліку). По-моему для финансовой службы это важно и по стоимости немного. Вы пробовали показать им эти возможности?
