33 USD Good day! I am attaching the floor plan, our area is the combined offices 216 and 217, currently there are no walls between them - open space and can be planned as desired. The total area is 114.6 m2. You can see the exact boundaries of the area here - outlined in thin red: https://prnt.sc/yrQwRvpOj8Xo. This could be a dental clinic, and we are considering whether the space size is suitable.
We need to draw a sketch / draft of how the listed rooms below could be arranged in this space. Two different options are required. No details are needed - just outline how the walls could be arranged, all further detailed planning will follow after the space is approved.
1. Three dental offices, each at least 17 sq.m., preferably as large as possible, each ideally with its own window - we will use the three windows on the lower wall in the plan, new windows cannot be cut into the building. However, according to standards, a frosted glass partition between offices is also acceptable, in one of which there is no window to the street, but this is a last resort.
2. Two restrooms - for patients and staff (conditionally). The landlord provided an illustration showing they can be placed only along the line (thick vertical red line): https://prnt.sc/yrQwRvpOj8Xo. I think they can be located anywhere and equipment for circulation can be installed as needed.
3. A small room of 5-6 sq.m. for instrument sterilization (will contain 2 devices).
4. A small room of 8-10 sq.m. for doctors' office.
5. A room for the manager to work and hold negotiations - preferably this office should be sufficiently spacious and not too small "by eye," the exact size is not restricted - it will depend on how it turns out.
6. Reception area near/opposite the elevator (bottom left on the plan).
As seen on the plan, there are two entrances to this area - one at the bottom left behind the elevator, and the other slightly above to the right, entrance from the corridor.

Є декілька запитань: 1. Якщо орендодавець сказав ставити туалети, тільки там де йде лінія- для цього можуть бути свої причини- туалети ставлять в одне місце, щоб у разі якщо щось замусориться, все текло не на голову, і тому він може бути проти такого рішення. І це запитання було б дуже варто уточнити перед тим як робити попередні планування. 2. Якщо Ліфт на плані позначений і входить у приміщення 216, і ця зона відходить для ресепшн, то Вже втрачається ця площа, а ще потрібна площа на коридори. А по запитам на приміщіння виходить біля 95 м кв, І я так розумію, що має бути ще десь другий вихід по правилам пожежної безпеки, І скільки людей працюватиме, вони роздягатимуться разом з персоналом чи окремо. Чи це все в ординаторській має бути переодягання. Бо просто розграфити приміщення то можна
