Main requirements for all sketches
Sketches should not have gradients or shading. If shading is needed, it should be done with hatching.
Final format should be PNG or PSD with transparent background and a black sketch. The drawing must fit into a square. Image size: 4000x4000 pixels.
The edges of the sketch should end softly. No harsh cropping of the drawing.
The main object should stand out slightly against the background to create an emphasis. You can remove clutter from the surroundings of the main object (people, small objects, construction sites, etc.). Sometimes, light clouds or birds can be added to the sky to avoid large empty spaces.
The style of all sketches should be consistent (lines, perception, etc.)
The sketch style is shown in the Example.
The photo used as a basis for the sketch is already roughly fitted into a square. If the photo has a white background, the artist should draw the sketch over it.
Important: Past years have shown that there will be 2-3 iterations of revisions for the sketches, so the artist should be prepared to make them.
