Написание мода на форум PHP. MYSQL
есть форум, для него надо накатать мод который даст возможность оценки сообщений на форуме. наши правила оценки по ссылке https://vileo.org/forum/index.php?topic=9.msg13#msg13
но, мод будем выкладывать на гитхаб, он должен быть гибким и с возможностью настройки администратором под свои нужды:

например у нас в системе оценки сообщений есть такие виды сообщений как бан спам новость развернутый ответ , есть оценка группы сообщений по топику по борду по конкретному пользователю, есть оценщики сообщений - модераторы, предаторы, есть разовые надбавки за сообщение.группу сообщений выставляемые администратором и все эти расчеты, оценки делаются по определенным формулам которые тоже должны настраиваться администратором, все эти данные должны хранится в mysql таблицах форума
и еще одно, на сайте будет новостная лента по типу https://www.goha.ru/news, новости будут браться с форума, т.е. юзер запостил сообщение в разделе в каком - то топике, модератор увидел это сообщение, посчитал это новостью, нажал у себя на кнопочку "в новостную ленту", этот пост должен появится в новостной ленте по типу того как сверху пример, если пост где-то в середине топика он должен стать отдельным топиком первым сообщением
