Написание скрипта
Необходим скрипт, который будет открывать необходимое количество вкладок браузера с определенным url, после чего необходимо спарсить данные на вкладках и открыть или оставить вкладку отвечающую условию.
Алгоритм
1. Входящие данные
• В каком браузере открывать вкладки
• Режим открытия – обычная или инкогнито
• Время и дата, в которое необходимо открыть вкладки
• URL
• Количество вкладок
2. На каждой из вкладок необходимо спарсить определенное число
3. Выбрать минимальное и отобразить эту вкладку, остальные закрыть

Не сильно понятна задача, если я из описания принял все правильно, то нужно обращаться в конкретное время к определенному урлу, до тех пор пока не получим ответ с конкретным числом.
Страницу которая отдала нам нужное число мы должны - "Сфоткать, забрать весь ответ, забрать url, забрать еще что-то там"
Для того что б выйти на нужную страницу нужно емулировать сессии подключаясь к странице при помощи разных юзерагентов, и с разных проксей.
Для более детального анализа задачи, хотелось бы более детально понимать что нужно, что за сайт, в чем его механика.
После этого можно назвать адекватные сроки выполнения, и ценник за работу
