Написание ТЗ + выбор платформы + диаграмма Ганта для интернет-магазина
Добрый день,
есть необходимость разработать сервис (основной функционал интернет-магазин). Но сначала необходимо составить план разработки, это и есть суть задачи. Будьте готовы к 1 - 3 скайпколам для того, чтобы объяснить суть перед началом работ.
Задача
1) Подобрать платформу для сервиса, аргументированно объяснить, почему именно она.
2) Сделать диаграмму Ганта, в которой разложить во времени процесс разработки (сроки +-), необходимыми работами и нужными специалистами (специализация), кто это все реализует.
3) Посчитать бюджет на необходимые сервисы (без учета разработки и дизайна)
4) Написать ТЗ на разработку дизайна для ИМ (в каком формате отдавать в разработку, какие технические требования и т.д.)
4) Написать подробное ТЗ на разработку ИМ
Бюджет открыт, задача только в том, что описано выше.
