Почему хотите реализовать именно на питоне? Ведь в мт4 есть свой язык (mql4)заточенный именно под терминал, позволяющий воплотить практически любые "фантазии". Проект интересный, есть желание поработать над таким.
Есть большой опыт написания автоматических торговых систем, а так же индикаторов на mql4 (так же есть опыт в интеграции результатов обработки данных полученных с помощью python в терминал mt4, но признаться мне это кажется не очень удачным решением, за исключением случаев реализации алгоритмов machine learning на питоне и передачей результатов в терминал)
