I write scripts for Google tables.
In accordance with your order:
- to write the script you need to have all the necessary tables with which the script should interact, so first you need to develop the tables (although at the level of examples, you need not necessarily have fully filled work tables, you need to at least minimally re-create the structure of each table);
- to write the script you need to understand What, Where, Where, Under which conditions can be read/registered (it is relative to "cover different factors")
What does it mean under "I'm looking for a communicable person who in the process of writing (or after) will explain how everything works so that if something breaks I can fix it?" If you want to correct the script on your own, you need to know the language Google Apps Script, which scripts for the Google tables are written, and know how to use it.
The price and deadline for this time is impossible to determine.
