How I will implement this (briefly):
For static data — Python (requests + BeautifulSoup) — fast and reliable.
If the pages are loaded dynamically — Playwright or Selenium (headless) for correct JS rendering.
… Logic: we extract the list of products from the category page (name, URL, price, short description, tags, availability) and — if necessary — go to the product card and collect details (description, specifications, all photos, SKU, categories, rating, etc.).
