Кратко функционал:
- пункты меню приложения хранятся в БД и приложение при старте его "строит" из базы
- написать несколько стандартных (универсальных) форм, чтобы нажатием на п.меню вызывалась назначенная в БД форма, с параметрами (запрос для заполнения грида, список колонок, контекстных меню и т.п.) вычитав их из БД
- на стандартные формы "навесить" функционал формирования печатных документов и т.п.
Срок около 3-х недель, полный бюджет будет оговорен после согласования ТЗ.
