2. Принимать 2 регистра протокола
3. По умолчанию ID устройства - "1", скорость "9600 бод", с возможность смены ID и скорости
4. При нажатии кнопки(подачи "0" на определённую ножку контроллера) в течении 10 секунд - ID и скорость сбрасывалась на дефолтные настройки.
