Requirements for solving the task:
1 . The bot should be able to break the user data from the assigned Telegram channel.
2nd The bot should be able to invite users to another Telegram channel according to the specified criteria.
Three The bot must be written in the programming language of Python or Node.js. Everything with javascript is in priority.
4 . The bot should work efficiently and with minimal delays when processing a large number of messages.
and 5. The bot should support the ability to set the parsing parameters and enter through the command line or configuration file.
