Для опенкарт есть модули которые это делают. Ставите и указываете Ваш файл и сколько раз обновлять в неделю.

Я думаю взагалі відмовитись від opencart у сторону vue, бо дуже великі проблеми з SEO

Опенкарт 4 - через пару лет, ставите окстор 3.х, нормально настраиваете, не имеете проблем никаких. Зачем вам 4? Это по факту ещё бета, хотя официально прод.
