The idea of a decentralized ethical core for AI security (Proof of Alignment) through rigid blockchain contracts is fundamental. However, our practical experience in implementing Web3 and AI Middleware shows that direct technical implementation according to the current specifications will lead to critical vulnerabilities:

1. Latency Issue: Validating each AI request through transactions or real-time blockchain calls will create an unacceptable ping for the user (from 2 to 15+ seconds).
2. Gas Issue: Constantly encrypting and logging security directly on-chain will economically block the system's operation due to colossal fees.
3. Middleware Vulnerability: Intercepting requests at the backend level creates a centralized point of failure (SPOF), which undermines the very idea of contract decentralization.
