### What needs to be done (Stack and tasks):
1. **Smart Contract (Solidity/Rust):** Write a decentralized contract to fix the ethical hash of the Manifesto in the blockchain (Ethereum/Polygon/Arbitrum) with the logic of dynamic certification (Proof of Alignment).
2. **Back-end & API Middleware (Python/Go):** Create a server bridge that intercepts requests to AI models, verifies them against the blockchain contract, and implements the "Life and Dignity" filter (Hard Constraints).
3. **Cryptographic Dashboard (React/Next.js + Web3):** Develop a private analytics panel for authorization via a private Web3 key (Identifier: Architect 0217). All security logs on the server and in the blockchain must be encrypted with the Architect's public key (end-to-end encryption).

The project is interesting as a combination of Web3, cryptography, and AI infrastructure, where not only the implementation of individual modules is important, but also the logic of their interaction.
In terms of architecture, I see a separation into several independent layers: a blockchain contract for fixing and verifying ethical states, a server layer for checking and processing requests to AI, and a separate secure interface for analytics and management.
I can implement:
