вы же осознаете что лабораторки по кодингу денег стоят. Да еще на vue.js, рыночная стоимость специалиста на реактивных языках 15$/час, я глубоко сомневаюсь что специалист возьмется делать это даже за 3-5к грн.

Напишите сами, вы же пошли учиться на кодера. Займитесь этим, на работе или на фриланс биржах когда закончите учебу и возьмете проект никто за вас не будет делать. Или поменяйте курс обучение на то чем нравиться заниматься. Типа кодить с под кнута не получиться. Это не та работа, это профессия для тех кого кодинг "прет". Да и кодеров не берут по дипломам, а берут по знаниям.

Учитесь на кодера но не умете кодить? Зачем такая учеба + на вью очень простое можно по доке официальной написать. Это будет быстрее чем вам будут блочить заказ а вы создавать.

Лучше напишите какой суммой вы располагаете в бюджете проекта. Именно ту которую можете отдать. Потому что проект будут банить по бюджету

Что-то описание задачи на лабу ну вообще никак не тянет. Это минимум курсач. А то и диплом.
Но больше всего похоже на то, что кто-то хочет себе "на шару" сайт разработать. -
