Фрилансер не обиженный вниманием) А заказчик если и ищет исполнителя, то регистрируясь на подобном сервисе как минимум читает правила размещения вакансии. В наше время (связанное с менталитетом заказчиков) многие начинающие фрилансеры остаются обманутыми, так как не используют сервис для общения с заказчиком, что в итоге в случае спорных ситуаций остаются не с чем. Исходя из вышесказанного (вернее написанного) напрашивается только один вывод - догадались какой?)
