Filling the site with 2D images

We will provide 10 reference images. The rest of the space should be filled with repeating or secondary elements (logos, symbols, dollar signs, patterns, inscriptions, etc.) that naturally continue the composition.This is necessary so that when scaling or cropping the print to different sizes, the content of the image is not lost, and only the secondary elements are cropped.The background should be partially transparent (approximately 30%). The final size should be suitable for printing a print approximately 30×40 cm with a resolution of 300 DPI (about 3543×4724 px). It is important to preserve the original style, colors, composition, and text as much as possible. The result should be provided in PNG formats (300 DPI, transparent background) and, if a vector version is available, AI/EPS/SVG. The file must be fully ready for professional printing on a T-shirt without additional processing.

The same goes for the top, there are damaged folds, you draw regular stockings (which end with a line at the top), and then draw lace on top. Lines are even, not chaotic, look closely at my examples.
