Filling the "Knowledge Base" section with content (≈75 pages × 4 languages)

1) Purpose

To fill the "Knowledge Base" section with content from the provided articles in 4 language versions of the site (UA/RU/EN/DE), strictly adhering to a single page formatting template, as in the example: https://padel-coach.at/padel-baza-znan/udary-u-padeli/vibora/

2) Scope of Work

• ≈75 unique topics (pages).

• 4 languages for each topic → ≈300 pages (or 75 pages with translations in the language module).

3) Input Data (provided by the Client)

For each topic:

• Article text (UA/RU/EN/DE).

• Featured image (you will generate it according to the format requirements).

• YouTube URL (video or playlist).

• Where the "CTA for training" button leads (link/page for registration).

• Which subsection of the "Knowledge Base" the page belongs to: Rules / Technique / Tactics / Strikes / Mistakes / Training Process.

4) Single Page Template (mandatory for each language)

4.1 SEO Fields

• SEO Title (localized).

• Meta Description (localized).
  Recommended:

• Title: up to ~60–65 characters.

• Meta Description: ~140–160 characters.

4.2 Featured Image

• One main image for the page (Featured Image).

• Requirements: no "broken" proportions, no pixelation, relevant to the topic.

4.3 H1 + Lead Paragraph

• One H1 (topic title).

• 1–2 lead paragraphs under H1 (briefly explains the essence of the topic).

4.4 YouTube Block (single standard design for all articles)

Purpose: embedding a video or playlist on the topic.

Settings:

• Autoplay: ON (must be mute by default).

• Loop: ON.

• Controls: ON.

• Related videos: if possible OFF / minimize.

SEO for video (text under the video):

• Localized video title.

• Localized short description (2–3 sentences).

• For each language version this text must be translated, even if the video is the same.

4.5 Main Content

• At least 3 logical blocks with H2.

• Inside the blocks, H3/lists/examples can be used — but the structure must look neat and uniform in style.

• After each logical block — a button-link "To section ..." (linking to the corresponding subsection of the "Knowledge Base"). In the example, such buttons/links are placed between H2 blocks. padel-coach.at

Important: the texts of the buttons and the names of the sections must be localized (UA/RU/EN/DE).

4.6 FAQ Block (accordion)

• Format: Accordion.

• Number: 6–10 questions.

• Content requirement: FAQ only on the specific topic of the page (technique/tactics/mistakes/differences from other strikes, etc.), without general "what is padel" and similar.

4.7 Bottom Block with Two Buttons (2 columns)

Bottom of the page: 2 columns (½ + ½):

• Left Button (Secondary): "Return to section" → leads to the page of the corresponding section of the "Knowledge Base".

• Right Button (Primary): CTA "Sign up for training" → leads to the registration/contact page.

5) Multilingual Requirements

• 4 fully formatted language versions: UA / RU / EN / DE.

• In each language, the following must be translated:

  • SEO Title, Meta Description

  • H1, lead paragraph

  • All H2/H3 headings and main text

  • Text under YouTube (title + 2–3 sentences of description)

  • FAQ (questions/answers)

  • Texts of all buttons

• Structure/blocks/order of elements must be the same in all languages.

6) Acceptance Criteria

For each page and each language:

• Filled SEO Title + Meta Description.

• There is a Featured Image.

• There is 1 H1 + lead paragraph.

• There is a YouTube block with the required settings + localized text under the video.

• All blocks are present.

• After each block, there is a button "To section ..." (localized, correct link).

• There is an FAQ accordion with 6–10 Q&A strictly on the topic.

• There is a bottom block with 2 buttons (Secondary back to section / Primary for training).

• No broken layout: double H1s, "raw" links without style, empty blocks, different fonts/margins.
