В проекты написано "нарисовать детальную рабочую схему ", а це схема электрична принципова з усими елементами.
Так що йому потрібен і схемотехнік, програміст, розробник плат, дизайнер і розробник корпусу. -
Логіка прочитаного говорить одне але людина при тому, що написала може мати на увазі геть інше (тут часто таке зустрічається) тому краще уточнити для себе.)

Как я понял есть "идея" и патент. И это надо реализовать.
По отдельности все ок, вместе уже под вопросом.
Схему контролера под это нарисовать не проблема. Запрограмировать другой вопрос.
Дисплей же или готовые китайские решения или собсвенная разработка (10к$ минимум)
Напишите точнее что вам нужно.
Особенно интересно - нужен рабочий прототип от опытного лепилы или таки заводское решение для массовой продукции
