About us
We are a yoga center operating in Germany, Sweden, Latvia, and other countries in Europe and the world. We teach meditation and sell retreats, which are our key product.
Goal
We use ComoCRM and have extensive contact databases, including a Russian-speaking audience. We previously worked in Russia but have now moved to Europe. Our task is to sign people from the email database, Telegram, VK, and other sources onto ComoCRM and interact with them effectively.
Main tasks
• Transfer the contact database to ComoCRM
• Set tags and stages of interaction
• Automate communications based on user choice
• Warm up and sell retreats
How I see the process (I am not a CRM professional, so your vision is also needed):
1. Funnel attraction
✅ From all sources (email, Telegram, VK, and others), we lead to the landing page with messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, VK).
2. Creating a deal in ComoCRM
✅ When subscribing through a messenger or filling out a form, a deal in CRM is created.
3. Tagging
✅ The source tag (email, Telegram, VK, etc.) is automatically assigned.
4. Language and country selection
✅ We ask the user for their language of communication and country, adding the corresponding tags (for example, RU/EN/DE, Germany/Sweden/Latvia).
5. Determining the level of experience
✅ We ask for the level of experience in meditation (beginner / practicing / advanced). This will help in personalizing offers.
6. Choosing the area of interest
✅ The person chooses:
• Webinars
• Retreats
• Meditation lessons
✅ Depending on the choice, tags are assigned and the subscription to the corresponding funnel is made.
7. Funnel automation by areas
🔹 If webinars:
• A list of webinars with dates is shown.
• Registration buttons are added.
• Upon registration:
• Change of funnel stage
• Tagging “Registered for the webinar”
• Automatic reminders (before, during, after the event).
• We track attendance (came/did not come).
🔹 If retreats:
• A list of retreats and countries of conduct is shown.
• A warm-up is launched (auto-mailings with information about the retreat).
• Key information is provided (location, program, price).
• A separate sales process is initiated (callback, chat consultation).
🔹 If meditation lessons:
• Addition to the educational funnel.
• Automatic sending of information and lessons.
• The possibility to sign up for personal sessions.
8. Handling additional questions
✅ If the user has questions, they are directed to the chat with a consultant.
✅ The possibility of transferring the deal to a specialist for personal work with the client.
