В таком случае для системы. Грубо говоря выключили свет - сервер выкл. После возобновления питания - сервер автоматически включился и весь софт автоматически запустился

Ага, он у вас сервисом стартует, тогда остальное более менее понятно. И судя по всему сначала надо рыться в логах потом уже добавлять нужное в крон и уже понятно что системный. Вы сможете его дать в доступ? По ssh или VNC или там еще чем-то подобным. Тогда поднимаем цену вдвое и я могу взяться

Наразі так, але не завжди. Докер можем просто лягти хз чого, або автоматично не запуститися післе ребуту пк

Для цього повинні бути причини. І як правило ці причини можна знайти в логах systemctl. Ось їх і потрібно вирішувати.

Але я думаю що лінуксоїд з досвідом розбереться в вашій проблемі обов'язково.
