11 USDЗдравствуйте. Форма заявки на сайте excase.comn.ua не очень хорошо работает, а именно. Иногда не приходят от клиентов заявки на нашу почту gmail(чпам проверяли), через переадресацию почты домена., иногда приходят пустыми, хотя в самой форме есть обязательные поля. Сам делаю с разных компьютеров заказ, всё получается и проходит. Нужно узнать почему так происходит у некоторых, и решить эту проблему. По моему мнению из за разных браузеро, версий браузеров, возможно из за разных устройств. Если так, то нужно решить эту проблему, если в другом дело, то определить и решить.
Если кто знает то пусть покажет именно проблему. То есть заказ с проблемой и после устронения, заказ без проблемы.

Скорее всего вам присылают спам, скрипт обращается прямо к серверу, из-за чего не работает валидация формы. Нужно добавить проверку на серверной стороне в php скрипте.
