Задача: Интегрировать СБИС с сайтом

Что надо сделать:
Что бы по крону или как правильно выгружалось все, а именно : Картинка(если ее нет, то занесет клиент в сбис и что бы на последующий раз она занеслась), название, цена, артикул, остатки и описание. Других полей вроде там нету.
