Настройка Celenium на сервере + парсинг данных

Необходимо: настроить на сервере Celenium.
Написать на php/питоне/других языках относительно простые парсеры сайтов.
Сайтов 5, на каждом по 2 страницы, что необходимо разобрать парсером через Celenium. На каждой странице по 10 элементов, что необходимо вырвать со страницы. 5 страниц необходимо прокручивать вниз, чтобы получить подгрузкой все элементы (а затем вырвать)
На вход в скрипт дается URL для парсинга, на выходе из скрипта необходим результат этого парсинга в удобном формате - например json либо запись результатов в mysql, либо иной.
Предпочтительнее вырывать данные через PHP + Celenium (Php-webdriver ), так удобнее и на вход передавать URL, и проводить отладку.

Необходимо прокрутить вниз и вырвать основные данные списка отелей (10-11 штук). Если задача будет успешно и быстро реализована, остальные страницы ваши. Могу помочь с настройкой Celenium на сервере, но я не спец по этой технологии и ориентируюсь на гайды

Я провел беседу с заказчиком, он относит написание парсеров (да и весь этот проект) к категории QA, а не программированию, не думаю, что стоит рассчитывать на щедрость в бюджете.
