If the business is located in England or elsewhere, not in Ukraine, we will have some trouble because the first verification of the location via SMS code (or via a code from a call from the GMB robot) disappears/cancels itself after a few days, and the method of verification through a video recording of the office location is not checked by Google until we write to Google Maps support and request manual verification by "live" Google agents.
For manual moderation, you will need scanned copies of your company's documents, a photo of the office location with a sign on the door (at least a temporary cheap sign), and a scanned document that gives you the right to operate your business at a specific address (a lease agreement for the premises or a document proving ownership of the house/apartment if the address is residential).
This is necessary for correspondence with a Google Maps representative. After corresponding with Google Maps support, you will be enabled to verify via an online call through Google Meet with the webcam on your smartphone turned on, during which the Google agent will ask you to show the office location, the entrance door, one of the pages of the company's documents, and the display of goods (that is, what your clients see when they enter your company's premises, starting from the gate, yard, and entrance to the office).
Very few people are lucky enough to pass verification of a location in Google Maps abroad without the need for a video call with a Google Maps support specialist.
I have confirmed and removed blocks on locations in Google My Business for American companies and successfully passed all stages when the business owner followed my instructions/warnings regarding photos and video calls, while I conducted correspondence with Google agents independently on behalf of the client.
