Обойти этот запрет вариантов нет? Даже если товар сертифицирован и т.д.?

нет, гугл на период карантина не пропускает любые маски, даже для лица (косметологические), любая реклама связанная с масками в гугл запрещена, по респираторам тоже показов не будет

А у меня есть аккаунт на котором крутиться реклама масок, так что я в кайфе)

у меня тоже есть акк где крутятся респираторы, но аккаунт работает более 5 лет, а при добавлении новых запросов по респираторам рекламы не будет, а запросы по маскам добавить уже нельзя, возможно вы успели запуститься когда еще не было запрета
