Setting up conversions in Google Analytics 4
A specialist is required who can understand the cause and fix the problem known as "Duplicate conversions" or "Double conversions" in GA4.
The problem appears as follows: in GA4, orders that are edited by the website owners through the admin panel are "duplicated".
For example: if something needs to be changed in the incoming order - the delivery address, adding/removing a product item from the order, changing the buyer's contact details, such orders are "duplicated" in GA4.
At the same time, the data is transmitted correctly to the Google Ads account, without duplications.
It is not possible to determine the scheme currently used for tracking conversions in GA4 by those who implemented it (people are not in contact).
That is, it is necessary to understand what scheme we have for tracking (but we definitely do NOT work through the SP Remarketing module) and fix it.
