When ordering there is a field: City(the buyer writes the city of delivery), if you write there in English letters or in Ukrainian further when choosing the way of delivery the order system ceased to miss the order.
This prohibition must be removed. It comes from the new mail module. There was no problem before, but the module also worked incorrectly.

Если заработает, можно сделать бекап, и сделать тоже самое для en языка, н оне уверен что там НП даёт норм города в базу и области, чтобы делать по ним выборку. Кстати часто слетает выбор Киева на сайтах, так как там апи гугла даёт не Киев, а "город Киев", я делают обычно по это фикс.
