Настройка прокси
суть задачи такая:
1. я купил прокси (отдельный айпи адрес)
2. нужно настроить их на виндовс так, чтобы все программы работали только через этот айпи адрес
3. если же прокси вдруг дает какой-то сбой, то выход в интернет тоже останавливается
4. т.е. мне важно, чтобы компьютер мог выходить в интернет только через этот айпи адрес; если это условие не выполняется, то доступ к интернету должен полностью прекратится
нужна консультация или выполнение этой задачи
