- Account and basic settings
- Registration/setup of the SendPulse account.
- Connecting the domain, setting up SPF/DKIM.
- Address books and forms
- Create several address books (warming up, promotions, etc.).
- Connect a subscription form to the website (email + web push).
- Templates
- Develop 2–3 simple email templates (news, promotions, reminders).
- Set up push notifications.
- Automation
- Set up a welcome series (subscription → welcome email → reminder).
- Check the operation of Automation 360.

I did something like this, including Automation 360 and connecting forms to the website. The main thing here is to properly assemble the logic (welcome series, etc.) so that it actually works later, and is not just "set up."
I will connect SPF/DKIM, I will make the templates simple and clean, and I will set up the pushes as well.
