Specifically for Webasyst, I have worked less than, for example, with custom stores, so before starting, I would like a 30–60 minute audit of your store to provide an accurate estimate, rather than one that is "pulled from thin air."

Here’s how I would approach this:

First, we will establish a status map: what statuses exist in the store (existing + adding new ones as needed) and which tracking statuses they correspond to — this is the most important part to ensure nothing "drifts" later.
