Бот собирает данные в процентах, потом конвертирует их в другие значения и формирует отчет. Ошибка заключается в том, что при выгрузке данных, которые собирает бот, все цифры некорректны, сумма плывет и абсолютно не соответствует действительности. Подробнее опишу все желающим заняться задачей.
