Требуется согласно заявленному профилю должности, найти сотрудника из г.Харьков, провести собеседование, определить его профпригодность. Работа удаленная, при желании готовы предоставить офис на территории предприятия.
Оплата за каждую закрытую вакансию по результату приёма сотрудника.
На данный момент открыты два варианта одной вакансии:
- конструктор модельер закройщик (1000 грн)
- портной с навыками построения кроя (1000 грн).
Основные требования по вакансиям:
- навыки и желательно опыт конструирования лекал бюсгалтеров, трусиков, комбидресов, ночной одежды.
- желателен опыт работы с женским бельём, трикотажем, резинкой, кружевом
Условия работы по вакансиям:
Интернет-магазин в офисе в бизнес-центре на м. Научная, г. Харьков.
Оклад по договорённости.
Пн.-пт. с 9 до 18.
Возможен вариант трудоустройства на частичную занятость если человек не может работать полный день.
Уровень заработной платы обсуждается на итоговом собеседовании на территории компании.
Есть база потенциально интересных людей для обзвона, если понадобится.
В случае не прохождения кандидатом испытательного срока, рекрутер обязан закрыть вакансию, в счет полученного гонорара.
