We are a French Fintech / Robo-advisor and because our activities are expanding, we need to improve/reinforce our development team
We already have in-house and outsourced developers and need to scale-up our development team. So our need is to on-board new developers that are aligned with our process and methodology (git/git-flow, ticketing through Redmine, unit-testing and PR, real time communication through Slack) in pure outstaffing mode.
Our technical stack is the following:
- Symfony2 (where our dev needs are the most important)
- Python
- Mysql
- ElasticSearch
The developers staffed must
- From technical point of view: confortable with Symfony2 (junior++ or senior), have some basic knowledge of devopps and used to agile development mehtodology
