Задачи:
а) классифицировать ткани: или классифировать все ткани или найти определенную ткань.
б) построить сверточный автоэнкодер для поиска признаков
Данные - тайлы биопсий 27ми органов (256x256 pixels).
Данные надо скачивать тут: http://data.sablab.net/gtex/gtex_tiles.zip Архив 565Mb, по 200 jpg тайлов на каждый из 27 органов, без дополнительной фильтрации. Можно/нужно вручную удалить плохие тайлы с границами, артефакты - времени займет примерно полчаса
Тайлы сложены в папки по имени органа - можно использовать как метки класса.
Чтобы просто посмотреть без скачивания всего архива, выложено по 3 хороших примера тайлов каждого органа тут: http://data.sablab.net/gtex/examples

Какие метрики точности и их значения Вы хотите получить на выходе?
б) для каких целей Вы предполагаете использовать автоэнкодер?

Вы запускаете снимок на обработку, система:
1 - классифицирует его как ткань определенного органа
2 - оценивает наличие аномалий - "нездоровых участков" и маркирует их
Вопрос в том, может один автоэнкодер работать со всеми типами тканей или для каждого типа нужно будет тренировать свой энкодер
