Number Recognition Animation - some frame-by-frame animation pieces and some characters are needed.

Illustrations & Drawings, Animation — incorrectly specified categories?

I am in a process of making educational animation for 4-5 year old kids (number recognition). I have an animator who makes the animation using soft. However, for some movements I need frame-by-frame animations and therefore, I need an artist who can create on illustrator vector pictures that would translate into movements of the main character. Particularly, at that moment, I need a 360 degrees rotation of the character, a girl, who holds her arm touching her spine that should remind "9".

Below I attached png of a girl that will rotate. I have many files of that girls... but I am first time on this site and would like to provide all the rest of the information after I see the freelancers who are interested in this kind of work.

Someone already created rotations of a body and arms on 45, 90, 135 ..., 315 degrees. I need to add 2 frames between every turn and movements of a skirt, hair, feet., and the shades.
