In the chat where the bot will be, sending photos is prohibited (the bot needs to be able to do this)
The bot should be able to forward messages (I send a post from some channel to it, and it forwards) and also simply post on behalf of the bot with or without a photo
Otherwise, it should be a standard auto-posting bot, allowing for looping publications at specific times and selecting days of the week
The bot will work in about 8 chats, and it needs to have a convenient functionality for canceling posts and also adding posts to the posting
