1) instantly react to a comment with a like or dislike depending on the nature of the comment
2) analyze the essence of the comment using AI and if it is a relevant question - send one of the prepared starter messages on the topic (using AI - so that they are not identical)
3) send a notification to the sales department (in Telegram) about the completed work in the format: Channel comment text - response text - username or contact of the commentator.
