Frontend needed for backend in Python
Greetings.
There is a project written in Python and a ready admin template for the future design of the project's cabinets in bootstrap 4.

Task:
It is necessary to transform/connect this template into a working frontend. Retrieve data for display from backend endpoints in Python.
Preferred: JS + any popular framework (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
A specification for each page of the project's cabinet with a design/layout/block/module arrangement variant from the above template will be provided for work.
I will consider your proposals without haste. To avoid exhausting the entire budget and after a month hearing "well, couldn't do it... sorry" - the work will be divided into stages:
Stage 1: received specification-1 - evaluated - completed - payment.
Stage 2: received specification-2 - evaluated - completed - payment.
And so on.

P.S. Proposals from "companies" are NOT considered !!! I work exclusively directly with the performer WITHOUT intermediaries.
1. Do not specify the cost of work per hour! One will do the job in 1 hour, while another will stretch the same task to all 10. You know perfectly well how much time you need to complete a specific task - evaluate its specific cost and deadlines. If clarifications are needed for assessment/calculation - ask clarifying questions. Each separate part of the general TOR is preliminarily agreed and approved with the performer. This is quite enough for: cost "such", deadlines "such".
2. Bootstrap version 5 (the incorrect version 4 is indicated in the application).
3. Commands, companies, etc. - are NOT considered in principle! Also, it is not worth pretending to be the immediate performer, being a "order search manager". Only 2-3 questions give a clear understanding of who you are - a programmer, or an intermediary/manager.
1. Не нужно указывать стоимость работы в час ! Один сделает работу за 1 час, а другой растянет ту же задачу на все 10. Вы прекрасно знаете, сколько времени вам требуется для выполнения конкретной задачи - оцените ее конкретную стоимость и сроки. Если требуются уточнения для оценки/расчета - задаете уточняющие вопросы. Каждая отдельная часть общего ТЗ предварительно согласовывается и утверждается с исполнителем. Этого вполне достаточно для: стоимость "такая-то", сроки "такие-то".
2. Версия bootstrap 5 (в заявке указана не верная версия 4).
3. Команды, компании и т.д. - НЕ рассматриваются в принципе ! Также не стоит выдавать себя за непосредственного исполнителя, являясь "менеджером по поиску заказов". Всего 2-3 вопроса дают четкое понимание, кто вы - программист, или посредник/менеджер.

I suggest vite+react+tailwind. For diagrams, you can use chart.js (I also have experience; see portfolio).
"Step-by-step" development is absolutely fine. I have a few questions right away:
* Is there documentation for the server-side API?
* What about the login form and header?
* In what format are you interested in the results? An HTML file with all resources compiled in? An HTML file with an "assets" directory?
* Will the HTML file I provide be the main entry point, or do you need to integrate code that will be written somewhere else?
… * A ready-made template is good, but it is based on bootstrap v4, which is not just outdated, but has already been buried a couple of times (now v5 is transitioning to support mode). This information is for your consideration, so to speak.
