Смотря что подразумевать под уровня CMS. У нас все проекты под WP. Но часто бывают проекты с большим количеством функционала, где приходится командой работать. На WP очень часто собирают MVP версии для первых раундов инвестиций в стартапы или просто провалидировать идею.
